The architectural concept of this new development project belongs to internationally renowned architect Wei Yap.

The unique, premium-class residential complex King Tamar will be built by the development company Archi in central Saburtalo. The official public presentation of the project is scheduled for the end of this month.

Within the project, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed yesterday at the Telegraph Hotel between architect Wei Yap and Archi’s founder, Ilia Tsulaia.

The ceremonial event was attended by the founders of Georgia-based real estate management company Kedaro Group – Ekaterine Chighladze and Nini Osepashvili.
